I had such a good time at Kualoa. Our tour guide was hilarious, knew a ridiculous amount about the place, and made everyone feel super relaxed the whole time. You could tell he actually enjoyed being there, which made the tour even better.

I did the zipline tour and had such a good time. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much beyond being strapped in and sent down a line, but it was actually really fun. The staff were joking around the whole time and somehow managed to be both hilarious and very on top of safety, which is not always a combo you get. The views were incredible too. I’d definitely go again.

I stopped by the Kualoa gift shop and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly for the most part and let us browse without hovering, which I appreciated. I found some cute shirts, snacks, and little gifts to bring home, and the prices were about what I expected for a tourist spot. Checkout was quick too. That said, there was a small mix-up during our visit that left me feeling a bit brushed off, i was expecting at least a simple apology. I’d probably still shop there again, but I hope they handle those moments a little better next time.

I had a great time on this tour. It was so cool seeing the different movie spots in person, and our guide was genuinely funny, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, the views were unreal. Definitely glad I went!

The kids liked it for the most part and seemed to have fun with it, so that was a win. Still, something feels a little off to me. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it didn’t fully live up to what I expected.

I mostly went for the scenery, and it was 100% worth it. The mix of mountains, ocean views, and those super green valleys looked unreal in person. I’ve been to a few similar places, but this one felt way more dramatic and photo-worthy than the others. I took way too many pictures lol, but I couldn’t help it.

We had a group with us and it still didn’t feel cramped, which was a nice surprise. It got a little bumpy here and there, but nothing that ruined the experience. My snap judgment? Totally worth it. My first impression when I got to the Kualoa tour was that it was going to feel chaotic because it was busy. But they handled it better than I expected. The check-in line moved quickly, and the staff did a good job keeping everyone organized and pointing groups in the right direction. There was a little waiting around before the tour actually started, and a couple of areas felt kind of crowded, but it never got too frustrating. Overall, I had a good experience and would just say it could use a bit more spacing between groups.

So, I went to Kualoa and grabbed lunch there after the tour, it was like, totally fine. The food wasn’t bad or anything, just kind of meh, you know? Nothing really stood out, and for the price, I guess I was expecting a little more variety. The lines were also a bit slow, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. It was a nice place to sit and chill for a bit though, especially after walking around. I’d probably still eat there if I needed to, but yeah, I might bring some snacks next time just in case.

We had such a good time on this ride. The horses were super calm, even for people who only ride maybe once or twice a year, and that made the whole thing really easy to enjoy. The views were crazy nice too, probably took about 50 pictures because every few minutes there was another great spot. Overall, it was a really fun couple of hours and I’d definitely do it again.

I also appreciated that the forms weren’t confusing or annoying to fill out. My dad uses larger text, and he could still read most things without having to zoom in a ton, so that was a nice bonus. Solid 5 stars from us.
